Two men are out fishing in a boat and having great luck. In fact, they catch so much they have to go back early. “This is great,” says the first man. “We should mark the spot so we can come here again.” “You’re right,” says the second man, who promptly dives over the side and paints a big ‘X’ on the bottom of the boat. They head for land, but just as they’re about to dock, the first man looks at the second man and says, “I just thought of something. I can’t believe we didn’t think of it. What if we don’t get the same boat tomorrow?”

Two men go on a week-long fishing trip and spend a fortune renting their gear and accommodation. All week they fish, but don’t catch a thing. On their last day, they finally catch one small fish, but they have to pack up and go home. On their way home, both men are very depressed. One turns to the other and says, “Do you realize that one lousy fish we caught cost us fifteen hundred pounds?” The other man perks up and says, “Really? Then it’s a good thing we didn’t catch any more!”
